    Description
    Students will explore sustainability in agroecosystems and the concepts and principles of agroecology. This course includes an examination of case studies to investigate the application of agroecology to the design and management of sustainable agricultural systems, and how they may translate to actual farming practices. Course may include mandatory field trips to local farms and guest speakers.
