    Description
    In this course, students will participate in a variety of stimulating activities to promote and maintain physical, mental, social and emotional well-being. These activities include arts and crafts, mild exercise, brain aerobics, and music. The course is designed to enrich the quality of life for older adults with limited physical and cognitive functioning. The course accommodates varying skill levels. The course is offered in cooperation with non-profit community agencies.
