    Description
This course is for beginning (Level I) dancers with limited dance training. Students will focus on learning beginning (Level I) contemporary modern dance movement which blends classic modern dance techniques with current movement trends, exploring contemporary movement vocabulary drawn both from the world of dance as an art form, and through the movement inventions of the instructor. Students will be able to explore self-expression and creativity. The course also offers a safe space to begin to explore dance performance in the context of a dance class.
