Transfers ToCSUDescriptionThis course provides students with an introduction to a variety of diagnosed disabilities and other special needs conditions that cause children, birth through age eight, to show atypical development. Students will learn about laws and service provisions related to early intervention and special education. Social and educational implications, culture and family dynamics, and the context of the larger community will be discussed.
