- Students will explore mediation and arbitration strategies as well as communication theory and techniques with the goal of conflict resolution. Topics include an examination of contributing causes of conflict, analysis of the management mediation process, and the community mediation process for resolving conflicts. Arbitration processes and strategies will also be considered.
