    Description
    In this course, students will study leadership theories and practices and their applications in agricultural organizations. The content is organized to provide students the skills for understanding group dynamics, leadership development, effective communication, agriculture literacy, and advocacy within private and public agriculture organizations. Students will gain practical experience through planning and participating in a number of community and outreach events in the agriculture industry. This course is the first level in a four-part Ag leadership/Ag mentorship series.
