Topics covered include conveying property interest, encumbrances, valuations using the sales comparison, cost and income approach, residential mortgage types, liens, real estate mathematics, and real estate contracts. The course also explores financing and investing in real estate. Sample contracts are reviewed, and real-world case studies are analyzed. This class covers the information needed to obtain a real estate license.
