    Description
NURSNG 28, 25, 25L and 16 must be taken concurrently. This course provides the nursing student with the opportunity to apply the nursing process to care for individuals and groups where they live, work, go to school, or as they move through the health care system. The emphasis is on health promotion, assessment of universal self-care requisites, and management of chronic conditions. Clinical practice and validation opportunities are provided in home health, outpatient, and ambulatory care settings.
