Emphasis is placed upon the principal composers and their works related to the history and philosophy of each stylistic period and interrelationships with the arts and humanities in general. The stylistic periods covered include Greco-Roman, Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque. The course is designed for the music major, but open to all.Usually HeldMon Wed 12:45pm–2:05pm
