    Cal-GETC Area 3B (Humanities) This course surveys the Jewish people and their history from biblical times to the present. The focus is on the development of major institutions, ideas, religious and cultural movements as well as the interaction between Jews and those amongst whom they have lived, from ancient Israel through the global diaspora.
