Students will examine multiple issues of concern such as international war and conflict, global inequality, food, water, energy, climate change, population growth, migration, and social change. This Global Studies course will emphasize interdisciplinary inquiry by drawing upon both the holistic body of work in global studies, as well as the approaches of related fields such as anthropology, economics, environmental studies, geography, history, philosophy, political science, psychology, sociology, and women’s studies.
