    Description
    Cal-GETC Area 5A (Physical Sciences, non-lab) This course is a survey of the earth’s atmosphere, with special reference to the causes and regional distribution of weather and climate. The nature and causes of winds, clouds, precipitation, and severe storms are studied. Students will learn techniques of local weather observation and prediction.
