State Board written testing includes: wet hairstyling, thermal pressing and curling with Marcel iron, haircutting, finger waving , roller placement, pin curls, manicure, pedicure, acrylic nails, nail repair, (silk and paper), facial (chemical facial, dermal light facial, plain facial, hair removal (tweezers and wax), soft perm (ammonium thioglycolate), hair straightening (sodium hydroxide), cold wave (permanent wave), P.D. test (predisposition test), disinfection, sanitation and safety procedures.
