Transfers ToCSUDescriptionThis course provides students with an overview of the different forms of intellectual property (IP). An emphasis is placed on analyzing the subject matter that patent, copyright, trademark and trade secret protect. In addition to learning about the different IP protections, students will also gain an appreciation of the strategies to guard against infringing upon another’s intellectual property right. Finally, the course will explore the relevance of IP to business, the arts, science, music and other arenas.Usually HeldWed 2:15pm–5:20pm
