Emphasis is placed on managing resources, and creating control mechanisms that minimize risk in the world of logistics and supply chain management. Students will explore the context of building effective project teams and maintaining stakeholder relationships. Students will learn and apply basic project management concepts including budgeting, planning, scheduling, work breakdown structures, monitoring and project control to move goods and services across the globe.
