Transfers ToCSUDescriptionThis course facilitates the transition of the student to the role of a professional nurse in the microsystem of a work unit. Emphasis is placed on the role transition from student nurse to new graduate RN, management concepts, as well as developing the skills of delegation, conflict management, and leadership. Legal and ethical issues are discussed with a focus on personal accountability and responsibility.
