Transfers ToCSUDescriptionConcentration on developing the figure as sculpture. Further develops construction methods in clay by designing three-dimensional and relief sculptures emphasizing the figure. Includes an introduction to the historical study of the figure and fundamentals of surfacing clay sculptures and firing technology. Elements and principles of three-dimensional design are emphasized in oral and written critiques.
