    Description
    Students will acquire knowledge about sustainability theories and practices. The course adopts a cross-disciplinary approach and focuses on how societies can meet present human needs without adversely effecting future generations. Topics addressed include but are not limited to planetary boundaries, sustainability practices, cultural and religious precepts, the United Nations sustainability goals and the various roles that government, business and individuals might play in the realization of such goals.
