Students will acquire additional vocabulary, and will read and write simple materials. Students will continue to explore and develop an appreciation for the divers cultures of the Arabic-speaking world. Arabic taught in this course is Modern Standard Arabic (MSA); however, references will be made to major dialects in the Arab World (Levantine & Egyptian).
