    This course surveys the world of viticulture and the wine industry, including the history of viticulture, grapevine anatomy, worldwide grapes, wine production, the making of wine, and sensory evaluations. Since PLANT 40 and CUL ART 31 are cross listed courses, credit may be awarded for either PLANT 40 and CUL ART 31 but not both. This course requires an additional $25 lab materials fee.
