- Covers principles and practices of effective records management for manual and electronic records systems using alphabetic, numeric, and subject methods. Introduces and applies database concepts needed for understanding electronic records storage and retrieval methods including creating, modifying, sorting, searching, and printing. Explores database queries to produce tables and reports.
