Provides knowledge and practical skills necessary to assist victims of injury or sudden illness. Covers CPR, wounds, choking, poisoning, substance abuse, burns, exposure to heat and cold, emergency childbirth, fractures, stroke, convulsive disorders, diabetes, auto and pool extrication. Successful completion of course entitles student to American Red Cross CPR and Advanced First Aid Certifications.
