    This course provides an introduction to contracts and reading, interpreting, summarizing, and drafting legal documents for various transactions. Topics include contract formation, performance, breach and third party interests, as well as select laws, such as the Uniform Commercial Code, the California Corporations Code, and the laws governing real estate transactions. Students will learn to draft and customize various contracts, legal documents, and forms. Select areas of the law will be emphasized, such as forms-based immigration law, tax law, bankruptcy law, family law, probate law, estate planning, real property law, and corporations.
