    Description
This course is an integration of the physiological, cognitive, sociological, and psychological aspects of human development throughout the lifespan. The course is a study of the developmental tasks facing individuals at various points in the life cycle and the ways social interaction and cultural institutions shape the development of the individual. The course is designed as a foundation course for careers in educational, social service, psychological, and health fields. Since FCS 19 and H S 19 are cross listed courses, credit may be awarded for either FCS 19 or H S 19 but not both.
