    Description
    This course is designed to provide the student with techniques necessary to understand Basic Theory, Design of System Structure, Basic Operations and Imaging Skills to produce Quality Images. This course also covers basic understanding of Biological and Materials Sample Preparations of both organic and inorganic materials, for the scanning electron microscope. The student becomes familiar with the Back Scatter and Secondary Electron Operating Modes of the scanning electron microscope. High resolution systems and computer imaging constitute part of the course.
