Transfers ToNot transferableDescriptionProvides aspiring elementary (ED 200A) teachers with an introduction to the fundamentals of pedagogy and practice in Education which underlie teaching, learning, and classroom management. Additionally, this course contains a practicum in the K-12 field to enable students to experience teaching and make informed career decisions. The course requires 45 practicum hours in a K-12 school, in addition to the 30 hours of lecture. Credit may be earned in ED 200AW or ED 200BW, but not in both. Frequent consultation with an academic advisor/transfer advisor regarding course transferability to the pre-Education program of the student's choice is strongly recommended.Usually HeldTue 8:30am–11:25am, Tue 9:00am–11:55am
