    This course is a study of the principles of stage rigging. Emphasis is placed on safe rigging of loads in dead-hung, counterweight, and motorized rigging applications. This course is designed to prepare the student to work as a supervised rigging assistant, through exploration of rigging theory and techniques, as a step toward further study and/or future industry certification.
