    This is a continuation of Hatha Yoga III to an advanced level. It is an in-depth yoga course. Students gain a more in-depth knowledge of yoga as well as a deeper insight into the different types of yoga and their philosophies of the practice. Emphasis is placed on increasing flexibility and strength as well as introducing more advanced poses and variations.
