    This course is an introduction to the analysis of individual behavioral characteristics within organizations and management teams. Information provided enables the student to determine a course of action to influence attitudes, perceptions and/or behaviors of an individual or groups. Topics include individual motivations and group dynamics, conflict sources and resolution techniques, leadership skills and styles, decision making processes, and task delegation methods. Organizational concepts of communication and information processing, goal setting, control processes and management by objectives are related to the enhancement of organizational productivity.
