    This course builds awareness of personal traits and styles in developing leadership skills and philosophy. The course is organized around key leader responsibilities such as creating a vision, establishing a constructive climate, and overcoming obstacles. Topics include how leaders can embrace diversity and inclusion, as well as the dark side of leadership and ethical leadership styles.
