    This course is an overview of the techniques in interviewing and interventions available to practitioners in corrections. The student demonstrates the use of appropriate techniques and theories in confidence-building which may be used by the correctional employee in client interviews. This is a basic course for the student who is planning to enter or who is already employed within the correctional science field.
