    This course provides students with applied learning opportunities designed to promote personal growth and leadership development in agriculture. Practicum activities provide a structured environment for students to: apply problem solving strategies to real world applications; develop effective team-working and collaboration skills; demonstrate the capacity to effectively plan, coordinate, and facilitate an event or activity; utilize effective communication skills in a variety of different settings.
