Transfers ToCSUDescriptionThis course introduces students to the topic of intelligence analysis and its relationship to the security management of terrorist attacks and other threats. Students examine the structure and operation of the U.S. intelligence community and the use of intelligence in national decision-making. Other topics include intelligence support of Homeland Security measures, counterintelligence, accountability and civil liberties, and intelligence activities of other governments. This course is intended for students employed or seeking employment with the Department of Homeland Security as well as anyone interested in the role of intelligence agencies in U.S. government.
