Students examine the importance of the agencies associated with Homeland Security and their interrelated duties and relationships. Other topics include significant historical events; state, national, and international law; and contemporary threats. This course is intended for students employed or seeking employment with the Department of Homeland Security as well as anyone interested in the role of Homeland Security in U.S. government.
