It expands on the ICS and Standardized Emergency Management System (SEMS) by providing more description and detail of the organization and operation of the ICS. Topics include large scale organization development, roles and relationships of primary staff, considerations related to large and complex incident or event management, area command, and the importance of interagency coordination. This course is intended for practicing emergency response personnel.
