Topics include the measurement and evaluation of cardiorespiratory endurance; muscular strength and endurance; flexibility; body fat; pulmonary function; and blood pressure. Emphasis is placed on determining the appropriate test, conducting the test, interpreting the results, and creating an exercise program.
