The course covers the principles of physical and inorganic chemistry with an emphasis on quantitative, mathematical problem solving. Topics in the course include chemical kinetics, chemical equilibrium, acid-base theory, thermodynamics, electrochemistry, coordination chemistry and nuclear chemistry.
