    The course is an applied study of the installation, removal, inspection, repair, service, and troubleshooting of propellers and propeller system components. The content of this course meets the minimum requirements of Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) Part 147, Appendix D, Section II: Subject K. It is intended for students majoring in Aviation Maintenance Technology or those seeking a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Mechanics Certificate with Powerplant rating.
