- This course covers the principles and operation of hydraulically and electronically controlled transmissions and transaxles. Topics include hydraulics, components, power flow, and the development of a systematic approach to diagnosis and repair. This course prepares students for the Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) A2 certification and is intended for students majoring in automotive technology.
