The course will further consider global interactions involving this region. Part 2 (Local): This course is a survey of the visual arts in western civilization from the Renaissance to the Modern era. Emphasis is placed on representative art and architecture from the Renaissance, Mannerism, Baroque, Rococo, Neo-Classicism, Romanticism, Impressionism, Post-Impressionism, and Modernism eras.
