Current laws, policies, processes, and other guidance pertinent to decisions made by law enforcement officers are taught from a variety of different focus areas that may vary from term to term. Focus areas may include new legislation and legal updates; social issues; special investigations; domestic violence intervention; hate crimes; sexual harassment; or cultural diversity, among others.
