Emphasis is placed on developing language competency and an understanding of the Russian culture. In this interactive course, students listen, read, speak, and write beyond the novice level. Students develop their receptive and productive competencies to the low-intermediate or mid-intermediate level. Additional language structures and vocabulary for communication are examined and explored in Russian.
