    This course is a study of pattern drafting by computer utilizing software designed for small business use. Emphasis is placed on various approaches to garment design and pattern drafting. Topics include comparisons between hand-drafting techniques and computer-aided techniques, pattern packet preparation and copying ready-to-wear garments. This course is intended for fashion design students and students interested in creating original patterns for small business purposes.
