Emphasis is placed on cardiac conditions; diabetes; obesity; physical disabilities; Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS); asthma; and sensory impairments. Issues and barriers to exercise are included for each of the following groups: seniors; children; athletes; the mentally impaired; and pregnant and postpartum women.
