    Description
    This course is designed to enhance the physical and mental skills needed to participate in intercollegiate sports activities. Emphasis is placed on weight training, running, skill development games, and individual development for sport. When this course is offered for one unit the additional time is utilized in the practice and perfection of individual sport-specific skills. This course is intended for intercollegiate athletes.
