    This course is a practical study of construction project management and scheduling. Emphasis is placed on the vocabulary, technology, tools and techniques, risks, and contractual issues related to the development, acceptance, execution, monitoring, and modification of project schedules as they relate to stakeholders and project deliverables. This course is intended for students in Architecture and Construction Management as well as contractors, sub-contractors superintendents and others with an interest in project management and scheduling.
