    This course is an introduction to construction cost estimating. Emphasis is placed on determining the amount of work to be done before applying pricing rules. Topics include basic quantity takeoffs, pricing, appropriate markups, overhead, and specification review. This course is intended for students majoring in Architecture and Construction Management.
