    This course provides students, design professionals, inspectors, appraisers, and construction trade persons with the skills to locate and apply California Building Code (CBC) and local zoning regulations. Emphasis is placed on building design, plan review, and fire and life safety issues. This course is intended for students in Architecture, Construction Management, Interior Design, and inspectors, plancheckers, contractors and others with an interest in the application of California Building Code provisions.
