Students use increasingly complex language structures and vocabulary to develop the functional competence required to communicate beyond survival needs and to discuss and express opinions on abstract topics related to the arts, lifestyle, linguistics, and literature at the intermediate level. This course is intended for students majoring in Spanish and anyone interested in gaining proficiency in the Spanish language for academic purposes and/or personal enrichment.
