    Description
    This course introduces students to Native American and Indigenous Studies, offering a foundation in the key methods, theories, and issues that shape the field. It provides a broad overview of Native American and Indigenous Studies as an intellectual discipline while also connecting students with the work being done in local tribal communities. Students will explore the many ways that scholars and community partners in the field have created rich, meaningful, and impactful knowledge. This course is intended for students interested in the fields of American Indian Studies, Ethnic Studies, or exploring the history and experiences of Native Americans.
